Isoflex Isolators and Engine Mounts
The Isoflex isolator mount was designed specifically for marine applications. Our products isolate and minimize engine and machinery vibration and produce maximum load-carrying stability. Isoflex mounts or isolators for industrial applications have identical benefits, the most important being that they contain no rubber components, which suffer from degradation due to oils, fuels and water.
Isoflex’s engineering polymer materials make for a superior product, ensuring long-lasting use and unmatched durability.
Isoflex Marine and Industrial Gearbox Couplings
Isoflex flexible couplings provide a sacrificial link that is designed to fail before gearbox damage occurs. Isoflex couplings assist engine mounts to do their job by allowing controlled engine movement to isolate vibration and helping to alleviate thrust-induced drive line misalignment. They are designed to cover a large percentage of Twin Disc and ZF gearboxes, plus many other gearboxes on the market.
While designed for marine use, these couplings are used in many industrial driveline applications too.
The Propspeed foul-release coating system is a high impact, low investment Energy Saving Technology (EST) with a compelling ROI. Designed for application to running gear and underwater metals, the biocide free foul-release coating system is proven to enhance vessels efficiency and environmental sustainability, through the reduction of fuel and power consumption from the day it is applied.
Traditionally, bio-fouling accumulates on a vessel’s running gear over time and significantly impacts vessel performance. In contrast, the hydrophobic nature of the Propspeed foul-release coating maintains vessel efficiency from the day of application through the vessel’s service cycle, preventing the negative impact of fouling on the vessel’s operation.
LARGE KIT
Propspeed’s ultra-slick topcoat prevents marine growth on metal surfaces below the waterline, improving efficiency, reducing drag, and saving on fuel and maintenance costs. Its strong bond ensures the coating sticks and performs season after season. Propspeed also reduces corrosion risk by electrically isolating the metal. Ideal for propellers, shafts, struts, rudders, trim tabs, keel coolers, thrusters, pod drives, sail drives, and other underwater metal.
MEDIUM KIT
Propspeed’s ultra-slick topcoat prevents marine growth on metal surfaces below the waterline, improving efficiency, reducing drag, and saving on fuel and maintenance costs. Its strong bond ensures the coating sticks season after season. Propspeed also reduces corrosion risk by electrically isolating the metal. Ideal for propellers, shafts, struts, rudders, trim tabs, keel coolers, thrusters, pod drives, sail drives, and other underwater metal.
SMALL KIT
Propspeed’s ultra-slick topcoat prevents marine growth on metal surfaces below the waterline, boosting efficiency, reducing drag, and saving on fuel and maintenance costs. Its strong bond ensures long-lasting performance. Propspeed also reduces corrosion by electrically isolating the metal. Ideal for propellers, shafts, struts, rudders, trim tabs, keel coolers, thrusters, pod drives, sail drives, and other underwater metal.
